WJSN's Dawon Collaborates with Jay Park for New Single 'Flirty'

Dawon, a member of the K-pop group WJSN, is set to release a new collaboration single, 'Flirty,' on August 4. The song features rapper Jay Park and is her first collaborative single since embarking on solo activities. The single was released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. KST.

'Flirty' is described as a pop song that captures the thrill and confident attitude of encountering a new relationship. It mixes R&B and reggae elements over a foundation of guitar and rhythm. Dawon participated in both writing the lyrics and composing the music. This new track, featuring Dawon's vocals and Jay Park's distinct voice, comes about four months after her second digital single, 'What's a Girl to Do,' released in April.

Dawon debuted in 2016 with WJSN, participating in hits like 'Mo Mo Mo,' 'Secret,' 'Please,' and 'As If It's Your Last.' She has also been active in variety shows and acting with WJSN's subunit WJSN Chocome. In September of the previous year, she made her solo debut with her first digital single, 'gonna love me, right?,' and achieved her first music show win for the title track 'Body.'
