Woman dies after falling from building in Taichung

A woman in her 30s has died after falling from a building in Taichung, Taiwan. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. when the woman reportedly fell from the seventh floor of a residential building in the Xitun District and landed on a third-floor balcony.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of the fall. Upon arrival, rescuers found the woman unresponsive and without vital signs. She was immediately transported to a hospital for urgent medical attention, but tragically, she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.

Taichung police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fall.
