Woori Bank begins hiring for second half of 2026 with diverse roles

Woori Bank has officially opened its recruitment drive for the second half of 2026, beginning August 27 and continuing through September 8. The bank is seeking new talent across a wide spectrum of divisions, including corporate finance, retail banking, 'Woori Together,' tech, global operations, specialized roles, and veteran recruitment.

This hiring initiative aims to bring in individuals for key areas, offering a fast-track program for those selected for corporate and retail banking roles, providing pre-training for future relationship managers and private bankers. The 'Woori Together' segment specifically targets candidates from multicultural families, recipients of basic livelihood security, those from lower-income brackets, and children of fallen or injured firefighters, soldiers, and police officers.

For the tech division, Woori Bank is looking for individuals with IT development skills, as well as expertise in information security and financial security. The global division seeks candidates with international experience and foreign language proficiency, while the specialized roles will recruit individuals with professional licenses such as lawyers, certified public accountants, and tax accountants, along with interpreters.

To provide further insight into the process and opportunities, Woori Bank will host an online recruitment briefing on its official YouTube channel on September 2.
