Woori Financial Capital clinched the championship of the first round of the PBA Team League, defeating Harim with a decisive 4-0 score in the final match held at the Gwangmyeong Citizen Gymnasium. This victory not only earns them the round's title and a prize of 10 million won but also secures their advancement to the postseason playoffs.

The team's dominant performance was highlighted by strong showings in all sets. Woori Financial Capital secured the first set in men's doubles with Kang Min-gu and Um Sang-pil defeating Nguyen Phuong Linh and Tran Duc Minh. Sruong Pheavy and Jang Ga-yeon followed with a win in the second set's women's doubles. David Zapata extended the lead in the third set's men's singles, and Lee Sang-dae and Kim Min-young sealed the victory in the fourth set's mixed doubles.

Kang Min-gu was recognized as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the round for his exceptional performance, which included a 7-1 record in singles and a 5-2 record in doubles, boasting an impressive average of 1.620. He received a prize of 1 million won for his achievement.
