Xiaomi launches new robot vacuum cleaner series in South Korea

Xiaomi Korea has introduced its latest cleaning technology to the South Korean market with the launch of the 'Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner 6 Series.' The new lineup, announced on July 19, boasts enhanced capabilities designed to tackle household chores more efficiently. A key feature highlighted is the robot's ability to navigate over obstacles up to 6cm high, ensuring uninterrupted cleaning across different floor levels and rug types. The series also incorporates a 3-stage variable mode, allowing for thorough cleaning of corners and areas beneath low furniture, addressing common cleaning blind spots.

The 'Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner 6 Series' comprises two models: the 'Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner 6 Max' and the 'Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner 6.' The Max version offers a powerful suction of up to 35,000 Pascals (Pa), while the standard '6' model provides 30,000 Pa suction power and a slimmer design. These specifications position the new robots as high-performance options for consumers seeking advanced home cleaning solutions.

To incentivize early adoption, Xiaomi Korea is offering substantial discounts during a pre-order period from July 19 to 24. Customers can purchase the '6 Max' for 1.39 million won (a 300,000 won discount from the 1.69 million won retail price) and the '6' model for 890,000 won (a 300,000 won discount from the 1.19 million won retail price). Following the pre-order phase, a promotional discount of 200,000 won will be available from July 25 to September 24. Additionally, all purchasers will receive a three-year warranty on the main unit, emphasizing Xiaomi's commitment to product reliability and customer satisfaction.
