Yair Netanyahu attacks Winter's new party, warns of election loss

Yair Netanyahu, son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, launched a strong social media attack against Ofer Winter's new political party, "Amcha Yisrael," and its second-ranked candidate, Yoseph Haddad. Netanyahu argued that the new party's participation in the upcoming election would inadvertently lead to the defeat of his father and the victory of opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot.

Netanyahu outlined three scenarios, all concluding that Winter's party would either fail to pass the electoral threshold, split votes from the right-wing bloc, or cause other right-wing parties to fall below the threshold. In each case, he claimed, the outcome would be the election of an "Eisenkot-Yair Golan-Mansour Abbas government." He likened the party's potential impact to that of the Tehiya Party, which he blamed for bringing about the "Rabin government and the Oslo disaster."

A source close to Netanyahu reportedly called Winter "the biggest threat in the election," with another attack from Netanyahu's circle anticipated.
