Yellow Card Nominated for Multiple Financial Crime Prevention Awards in Africa

Yellow Card, a prominent licensed stablecoin infrastructure provider operating in over 60 countries, has earned significant recognition with multiple nominations at the Morgans Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Financial Crime Awards 2026 for Africa.

The company secured an institutional nomination for the "Organisational Excellence in Governance, Risk, and Compliance Award." Additionally, two key members of its team received a combined six individual nominations across four categories. Bright Anyanwu, Senior Compliance Manager and MLRO for West, Central, and East Africa, garnered four nominations, while Japhet Gana, Group Head of Transaction Risk and Financial Crime, received two.

The Morgans GRC & Financial Crime Prevention Awards aim to celebrate individuals and organizations setting high standards in governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and the broader fight against financial crime throughout Africa. Founded in 2020, the awards have expanded their reach beyond Africa to Europe and other global regions, highlighting leaders who bolster trust, resilience, and accountability within the financial services sector.
