Youth Leadership Secures Safe Learning Environment For Malasang 2 Sipunkakil Elementary Students To Build Future Human Capital

In a powerful demonstration of community-driven development, young parents and youth leadership in Malasang 2, Tsitalato Constituency, have successfully completed a crucial fencing project for Sipunkakil Elementary School. This initiative establishes a safe and healthy learning environment for the school's youngest learners in North Bougainville.

The project highlights the community's commitment to fostering a secure educational space. Sipunkakil Elementary School holds historical significance as one of the oldest elementary learning institutions in the Buka District. It was founded by the late Hillary Laris, who served as the Member for Tsitalato in the first Bougainville House of Representatives (BHOR).
