The YouTuber, identified as Kim, allegedly received 5 million won for advertising the drug sales channel. His forehead reportedly bears the inscription 'Drug King Villain Tele(gram) Inquiry' along with the channel's details. This extreme method of promotion drew the attention of authorities after a tip-off via the National Petition system in January, leading to an investigation and subsequent arrest warrant based on flight risk.
