Zagreb traffic chaos: Residents decry poor coordination of city works

Residents argue that closing several major parallel routes at once, such as Vukovarska and Zagrebačka, forces traffic onto already strained alternatives like Horvaćanska. "The first and basic problem is that they don't want to pay for night work, which would be the best solution in this hell of weather and traffic," one commentator wrote.
