Zagreb tram lines rerouted for final departures due to intersection construction

Tram services in Zagreb will experience disruptions on their final departures on July 22nd due to construction work. The city's public transport operator, ZET, announced that the works at the intersection of Vlaška and Draškovićeva streets necessitate temporary route adjustments for several tram lines.

Specifically, tram line 4, departing from Dubec at 23:20, will follow its usual route to Vodnikova, then divert via Frankopanska towards its depot in Dubrava. Tram line 6, starting from Sopot at 23:29, will run a shortened route to Trg Franje Tuđmana before heading to the Dubrava depot via Ulice Republike Austrije. Tram lines 7, 11, and 14 will also operate on modified schedules and routes.

Tram line 7, with departures from Dubrava at 23:05 and 23:18, will terminate its service early at Sopot. Tram line 11, departing from Črnomerec at 23:26, will have a shortened route ending in Dubrava. Tram line 14 will see multiple adjustments: the 23:15 and 23:28 departures from Zapruđe will extend their route to Dubrava, while the 23:30 departure from Mihaljevac will also proceed to Dubrava.

These changes are in effect only for the last scheduled departures of the day. ZET has advised passengers to check the specific timings and routes for their intended journeys to avoid inconvenience. The construction aims to improve the intersection, a key traffic hub in the city center.
