Zelenskyy: Belarus Ignores Ukraine's Demand on Russian Signal Repeaters

Belarusian authorities have failed to address Ukraine's demand to dismantle signal repeaters that Russian forces are allegedly using to coordinate attacks. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed on Sunday that Belarus has not yet responded to the request.

Speaking in an interview with 1+1 television channel, Zelenskyy was asked about Belarus's reaction to Ukraine's demand. He indicated that the neighboring country has ignored the plea, suggesting a lack of cooperation from Minsk regarding the use of its territory and infrastructure by Russian military forces.

The signal repeaters in question are reportedly crucial for Russian military operations, enabling the coordination of attacks launched from or through Belarusian territory into Ukraine. Ukraine's request aims to disrupt these operations and reduce the threat posed by Russian forces utilizing Belarusian airspace and communication networks.
