Zlín Region to Lend Another 40 Million Crowns to Municipalities Near Vlachovice Waterworks

The Zlín Region is stepping in to support local development by offering a substantial financial boost to municipalities situated near the future Vlachovice waterworks. A 40 million Czech crown interest-free loan will be provided, facilitating crucial infrastructure and housing projects.

Among the key beneficiaries is the Vlachovice municipality itself, which has ambitious plans for growth. The town is set to construct a family home featuring three apartments, a project estimated to cost nearly 20 million crowns. This initiative aims to address housing needs within the community.

Beyond housing, Vlachovice plans further investments in its public amenities. These include upgrades to a children's playground, essential repairs to a local bridge, and improvements to the elementary school. The interest-free loan from the Zlín Region will be instrumental in realizing these diverse development goals, fostering a better living environment for residents.
