Zoya Developments accelerates delivery, starts construction of Calisi one month after project launch

Zoya Developments has rapidly commenced construction on its latest residential project, Calisi, located in Dubai South. The AED 80 million development began on-site execution just 30 days after its official launch, underscoring the company's commitment to efficient development timelines and swift project execution from sales to construction.

This accelerated start signifies an expansion of Zoya Developments' footprint in Dubai South, a district experiencing significant growth fueled by infrastructure investments, the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, and enhanced connectivity to the emirate's economic centers. The area is increasingly attracting both end-users and investors drawn to its emerging community and long-term growth prospects.

Calisi will offer fully furnished two-bedroom apartments, with prices beginning at AED 686,000. The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027. Its strategic location is approximately 10 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport and 15 minutes from Expo City Dubai, providing convenient access to major road networks and essential amenities. Residents will benefit from facilities including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, indoor parking, and robust security systems.
