The model home for 'Doosan Weve the Zenith Bucheon' attracted around 15,000 visitors over the Liberation Day holiday weekend, according to Doosan Engineering & Construction and Ssangyong Engineering & Construction. The consortium reported that visitors, including families, newlyweds, and middle-aged individuals, meticulously examined the complex's model and unit layouts for the 59, 74, and 84 square meter apartments.

Interest was particularly high for the diverse community facilities, such as the fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, small library, and mom's station, as well as specialized features like individual underground storage units. Potential residents expressed strong interest in the product's quality, assessing the practical living convenience and space.

Throughout the Liberation Day holiday, we saw a continuous stream of visitors, primarily families, at the model home.

Doosan Weve the Zenith Bucheon is a large-scale residential complex featuring 2,008 units across seven buildings, with heights reaching up to 49 floors. It comprises 1,728 apartment units and 280 officetel units, with 1,158 apartments and 261 officetels designated for general sale. The location offers double subway access, being a short walk from Sosah Station on Line 1 and the Seohae Line, with future enhancements like the GTX-B line and KTX-Eum services planned for the Bucheon Sports Complex Station and Sosah Station.

Sales applications begin with special subscriptions on August 19th, followed by first-priority on the 20th and second-priority on the 21st, with winner announcements on August 28th. Bucheon is a non-regulated area, allowing even homeowners to apply, and there is no mandatory residency period, with a one-year resale restriction.
