His performance improved in China, where he secured his first point by finishing 10th in the main race after a 14th place in the sprint. He then finished 16th in Japan, 10th in the Miami sprint, and achieved his best result of seventh in the main Miami race. In the Canadian Grand Prix sprint race this weekend, Colapinto finished ninth.
