2026 Wei Chuan Dragons baseball summer camp concludes all sessions

The 2026 Wei Chuan Dragons baseball summer camp has wrapped up its final session, marking a successful conclusion to the program. The second and final camp, held from August 17th to 20th, provided young aspiring baseball players with an intensive four-day experience.

Participants immersed themselves in various aspects of the sport, from fundamental training and advanced techniques to engaging directly with professional players from the Wei Chuan Dragons. The curriculum was designed to progressively build skills, fostering teamwork and mutual encouragement among the young athletes while emphasizing the enjoyment of baseball.

This year's camp featured special appearances by Wei Chuan Dragons players Li Chao, Li Kai-wei, Liu Chun-wei, and Namo Yi-yang. These athletes shared their practical experience, offered professional guidance, and interacted closely with the campers during practice sessions and a dedicated meet-and-greet event, providing invaluable learning opportunities.

The experience extended beyond the training field, with campers visiting the Taipei Dome for an evening professional baseball game. This allowed them to feel the passionate atmosphere of a professional match, capping off the four-day camp with an exciting and memorable event. The camp aimed to help participants bravely challenge themselves through baseball, cheerleading, and teamwork, leaving them with fulfilling summer memories.
