A 21-year-old German man, Leon Otremba, has undergone a dramatic transformation, opting for a series of leg-lengthening surgeries to significantly increase his stature. Feeling insecure about his height of 173 cm, Otremba traveled to Turkey for three intricate operations that have since extended his height to 190 cm.

The procedure, as described by Ynetnews, involves surgeons intentionally fracturing the patient's leg bones. Magnetic telescopic rods are then inserted into the bone marrow. These rods are gradually extended, typically by 1-1.5 millimeters per day, allowing the bone to heal and lengthen over time.
