26-year-old man found dead, hanging in his home in Turkey

A 26-year-old man was found dead in his home in the Battalgazi district of Malatya, Turkey, after his family discovered him hanging in the kitchen. The incident occurred in the Alacakapı neighborhood on Tomo Street.

The man, identified as A.T., lived with his family. The family had been working in a garden away from the house for approximately four days. During this time, they were unable to contact A.T. by phone, prompting them to return home to check on him.

Upon entering the residence, the family members found A.T. deceased, hanging in the kitchen. Police and medical teams were immediately dispatched to the location. The strong odor emanating from the house indicated that the man had likely been deceased for about four days.

Authorities conducted an examination of the scene. The man's body was transported to the Forensic Medicine Institute's morgue for an autopsy to determine the definitive cause of death. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
