Manisa is currently alive with the vibrant spirit of the 2nd International Mesir Theater Festival, a significant cultural event hosted by the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality. This year's festival has captivated audiences, most recently with the emotionally charged performance of "You Are More Beautiful Than Istanbul." Staged at the Uğur Mumcu Stage by the esteemed Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters, the play resonated deeply with the local art enthusiasts, offering a poignant theatrical experience.

Spanning 80 minutes across a single act, the performance featured Esin Umulu, Şebnem Köstem, and Yeliz Şatıroğlu. Their compelling portrayals brought to life the inner worlds of a grandmother, mother, and granddaughter, exploring unspoken emotions and their individual struggles for existence with remarkable depth and sensitivity.
