34 Provinces and Cities Compete in Sports Festival Celebrating 80 Years of Civil Judgment Enforcement

Thirty-four teams representing civil judgment enforcement agencies from across Vietnam have gathered in Ho Chi Minh City for a sports festival commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Day. The event, organized by the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice, features competitions in football, pickleball, and badminton. This gathering serves as a key activity in a series of events leading up to the anniversary on July 19, 2026. It aims to foster camaraderie, strengthen unity, and promote physical fitness within the entire system. Officials highlighted that the sportsmanship displayed on the field reflects qualities essential for civil judgment enforcement work, such as discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. The festival also provides a platform for staff to exchange experiences and build stronger connections between different units. The football competition saw the An Giang provincial team take first place, with the Ca Mau team as runner-up. In pickleball, various teams secured wins in different age and gender categories, including An Giang, Ho Chi Minh City, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, and Nghe An provinces. Ho Chi Minh City also excelled in badminton, winning the men's doubles under 45 category, while Hai Phong and Dien Bien provinces also secured victories.

Not only a sports arena, but the sports festival is also an opportunity for officials, civil servants, and employees in the entire system to exchange, learn experiences, and strengthen cohesion between units.
