₦400m mansion gift to Peller is ‘small money’ - King Ochacho

Nigerian real estate entrepreneur Mohamed Adah, widely known as King Ochacho, has downplayed a lavish gift of a ₦400 million mansion to TikTok personalities Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), calling it "small money" and hinting at more significant future gestures. The opulent Abuja property was presented just two days after the couple's wedding in Lagos. Speaking during a TikTok livestream, Ochacho stated that the mansion is merely the beginning of his generosity towards Peller. "That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller," he declared. "The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country." Ochacho attributed his decision to gift the newlyweds the luxury property to Peller's "very good heart," emphasizing his belief that giving leads to divine replenishment. The businessman also revealed plans to sponsor the education of students through his son Ice King's upcoming birthday celebration. He detailed that students with genuine school accounts needing financial assistance will have their fees paid directly to their institutions. "If you have not paid your school fees and you have a genuine school account, Ice King is going to help you on Thursday on his birthday," Ochacho announced, adding that beneficiaries would be selected nationwide. The mansion gift had previously been announced by Ochacho during Peller and Jarvis' wedding ceremony, fulfilling a promise made earlier at another wedding.
