The upcoming broadcast of a baseball game featuring Baejae High School has been canceled following a controversy involving remarks that appeared to mock the May 18th Gwangju Uprising. The production team for 'Fire Baseball 2' has decided to pull the episode from its schedule.

Studio C1 announced on July 1st that they are taking the recent issues surrounding Baejae High School very seriously. As a result, the episode that was slated for broadcast on July 6th, featuring the school, will not be aired. This decision comes after significant public backlash and concern regarding the alleged insensitivity displayed by the school.

The game in question, between the Fire Fighters and Baejae High School, was filmed last month at the Gocheok Sky Dome. The controversy has overshadowed the athletic event, leading to the production's decision to halt the broadcast and distance itself from the school's alleged actions.
