Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfig Al-Rabiah, emphasized that the symposium represents a continuation of over 50 years of scientific dialogue aimed at developing the Hajj services system. He highlighted the Kingdom's leadership in establishing an advanced global model for crowd management and pilgrim services, achieved through meticulous planning, institutional development, and the adoption of modern technologies. This reflects a deep-seated commitment to ensuring pilgrims can perform their rituals in peace and tranquility.

Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan, Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, through his representative Fahd Al-Majed, Secretary-General of the Council, reiterated the honor Saudi Arabia holds in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors. The symposium's agenda included specialized workshops on crucial aspects such as supporting Hajj affairs offices, media delegations, international awareness communication, digital transformation in pilgrim management, and reducing random slaughter practices. These sessions are vital for enhancing operational readiness for the upcoming 1447 AH Hajj season.
