6 bodies recovered in Dhading as Rasuwa flood rescue continues

Six bodies have been recovered in Dhading district as rescue efforts continue following a massive flood that swept into Nepal from Rasuwa and moved downstream along the Trishuli River. The District Police Office in Dhading reported that the bodies were found at various locations along the river by Wednesday afternoon.

Among the recovered were the body of a woman at Mahesh Dobhan in Galchhi Rural Municipality, and the bodies of two men near the Kolpu Khola bridge in the same municipality. Another body was discovered along the Trishuli River in Siddhalek Rural Municipality-7. Two more women's bodies were found on the riverbank near Benighat Bazaar in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality.

Dhading Police also confirmed that seven people have been rescued from the areas impacted by the flood. Those who sustained injuries have been transported to local medical facilities for necessary treatment.
