Abia gov’s wife distributes fertilisers to women farmer

Priscilla Otti, the wife of Abia State Governor Alex Otti, has officially launched a fertilizer distribution program aimed at empowering women farmers across the state. The initiative is presented as more than a symbolic gesture; it's a recognition of the indispensable contributions women make to households, communities, and the overall economy.
