Accidents: Two dead in motorcycle-car collision

A tragic accident on Friday evening in Germany's Dillingen district resulted in the deaths of two individuals and serious injuries to a third. The collision involved a motorcycle and a car on a connecting road between the towns of Lauingen and Gundelfingen.

According to police reports, a 34-year-old motorcyclist and a 62-year-old car driver were pronounced dead at the scene. The 32-year-old passenger on the motorcycle sustained severe injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The cause of the crash, which occurred around 6:00 PM, remains under investigation. However, initial findings suggest that the motorcyclist involved may not have possessed a valid driver's license for the motorcycle.

To thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident, an expert has been called in. The road connecting Lauingen and Gundelfingen was closed for several hours while authorities conducted their work.
