Activist Mavlyan Askarbekov reportedly detained

Kyrgyz activist Mavlyan Askarbekov has been detained for 48 hours by officers of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), according to journalist Adilet Aitikeev. A court is expected to consider a preventive measure against Askarbekov today.
