Actor Nick Pasqual sentenced to 32 years for attempted murder of ex-girlfriend

Los Angeles actor Nick Pasqual received a 32-year prison sentence on Tuesday for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend. Pasqual, 36, was convicted last month of multiple charges, including attempted murder, robbery, and domestic violence, stemming from a brutal attack on makeup artist Allie Shehorn in May 2024.

Shehorn, 37, testified during the trial about the assault, which left her in critical condition for several days. Visible scars on her arm and neck served as a stark reminder of the violence. The attack occurred shortly after Shehorn had secured a restraining order against Pasqual due to his violent behavior.

Pasqual, known for his roles in television series, broke into Shehorn's home and stabbed her multiple times, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. After the assault, he fled the scene but was later arrested at a border checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas, while attempting to cross into Mexico.

During the sentencing hearing, Pasqual expressed remorse, stating the attack would be a lifelong burden and that he was grateful Shehorn survived.
