Actor Park Sung-woong Shares Photo of Son, Notes Resemblance to 'New World' Character

Actor Park Sung-woong recently revealed a photo of his 17-year-old son, Park Sang-woo, during an appearance on the KBS 1TV program 'A Morning Yard'. The actor shared that his son, currently a high school freshman, occasionally reminds him of the character Lee Jung-gu, famously portrayed by Park himself in the film 'New World'.

Park humorously admitted that he sometimes sees the character Lee Jung-gu when looking at his son. He also elaborated on their close relationship, describing their interactions as friendly and on equal footing. Park mentioned that his son often kisses him goodbye on the way to work and that he has saved his son's name in his phone as 'My Friend Park Sang-woo'.
