Actress Ece İrtem, Known for 'Kızılcık Şerbeti,' Dies Suddenly

The Turkish arts community is mourning the sudden death of actress Ece İrtem, who passed away at her home in Kadıköy after suffering a heart attack. İrtem, who gained widespread recognition for her role as Işıl in the popular Show TV series "Kızılcık Şerbeti," was 33 years old. Her funeral was held in Kuşadası after her body was brought from Istanbul. Family, friends, and colleagues from the arts industry attended the ceremony, expressing their grief over the loss of the young talent. İrtem, born in Sivas in 1991, graduated from Yaşar University's Opera and Concert Singing Department before transitioning to acting. Throughout her career, she appeared in numerous television dramas and theater productions, including "Kaçak Gelinler," "Şeref Meselesi," "O Hayat Benim," "Paramparça," "Yeni Gelin," "Bay Yanlış," and "Mahkum."
