Actress Elisya Sandha believes sincerity is the cornerstone of her five-year marriage and her relationship with her mother-in-law, Sheila Rusly. Sandha shared that her approach to building a connection with Rusly has always been through honesty and avoiding pretense.

So, I learned with all my heart, and she likes people who are diligent and like to learn to cook. Our compatibility started from there.

While their relationship remains warm, Sandha noted that their time together has become less frequent due to their respective busy schedules. Rusly, now retired, enjoys traveling, while Sandha is focused on raising her children. Additionally, Rusly has been a pillar of support for Sandha's acting career. She was particularly understanding when Sandha took on a sensitive role in the drama "Madu atau Racun," which involved intimate scenes with actor Aliff Aziz.
