Advanced Scouts summer camp concludes in Dhofar Governorate

The Ministry of Education has concluded its Advanced Scout summer camp in the Dhofar Governorate, bringing together around 300 scouts and scout leaders from across the Sultanate of Oman. The camp, held under the banner "Our future lies in our values," aimed to harness the energy of young people and nurture their innovative talents.

Participants were equipped with essential skills such as self-reliance and effective time management. The program also emphasized fostering a spirit of teamwork, cooperation, and initiative among the scouts, preparing them for future challenges.

The closing ceremony featured a roadshow showcasing the camp's most significant activities. It also included the honoring of various establishments and individuals whose contributions were instrumental to the camp's success. Dr. Badr Hamoud Al Kharousi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education, led the ceremony, joined by local dignitaries, government officials, and representatives from private sector organizations.
