Since having her child, Heloisa Vivan, 33, says she has less trust in politicians and is considering casting a null vote.

On rare winter days when rain gives Porto Alegre a break, Vivan tries to make the most of her time away from remote work. At noon, she puts on walking shoes, bundles up her eight-month-old son and heads to the Guaíba lakefront in the Ipanema neighborhood.
