Air France announces expanded services and free Wi-Fi for summer 2026

Air France is set to enhance its services for the summer 2026 season, particularly for travelers to Algeria. The airline will increase its flights to Algiers, offering five daily services to Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) from July 4 to August 30, 2026. Services to Oran will continue with one daily flight.

The airline is also significantly upgrading its onboard experience by rolling out free high-speed Wi-Fi across its entire fleet by the end of 2026. This service, powered by a partnership with Starlink, allows passengers with a Flying Blue account to stay connected, stream content, and play online games on multiple devices. Passengers without an account can create one for free onboard.

Furthermore, Air France is continuing its fleet modernization program with the introduction of the Airbus A220-300 for its medium-haul routes. These new aircraft, which replaced 11 A320s in 2025, offer enhanced passenger comfort and are equipped with the new high-speed Wi-Fi service. This initiative underscores Air France's commitment to improving the travel experience through technological advancements and fleet renewal.
