Akriila to debut new album with a single concert in Santiago

Chilean artist Akriila is set to unveil her highly anticipated second album, "lucy miró al mundo y notó que está girando," with a special live performance. The concert is scheduled for December 12 at the Centro Cultural Estación Mapocho in Santiago. This event marks the first public hearing of the new work, which promises a cutting-edge digital sound that merges Akriila's signature rap style with elements of alt-pop and hyperpop.

The album follows the international success of her 2024 release, "Epistolares." Akriila has already released two singles from the new album: "suave," a collaboration with Jane Remover, and "Roger." These tracks offer a glimpse into the sonic direction of her latest project.

Beyond her upcoming album presentation, Akriila is gearing up for an extensive international tour. Her first U.S. tour is slated to begin on July 7, with eight dates planned through July 17 in cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Some of these shows have already sold out, indicating strong demand. Following her U.S. dates, Akriila will take her new music to Europe and Latin America, further expanding her global reach.
