Alfamidi to Distribute Rp 396.2 Billion in Dividends

PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, operator of the Alfamidi retail chain, announced it will distribute Rp 396.2 billion in cash dividends to its shareholders. The decision was approved during the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Corporate Secretary Suantopo Po stated that shareholders agreed to increase the dividend payout ratio from 45% to 50% of the company's net profit. Each shareholder will receive Rp 11.85 per share. This year's dividend distribution marks a substantial 61% increase compared to the dividends paid out in fiscal year 2024.

The dividend payment is scheduled for June 25, 2026. Suantopo attributed the increased ratio and dividend amount to the company's positive performance throughout 2025 and expressed it as a token of appreciation to shareholders for their support. Alfamidi's net income reached Rp 20.64 trillion in 2025, a 3.79% growth from the previous year.

Furthermore, the company's distributable profit for owners of the parent entity saw a significant rise of 45.01%, reaching Rp 792.36 billion compared to Rp 546.41 billion in 2024. This business growth was supported by continuous store expansion, with Alfamidi operating 2,587 outlets across Indonesia by the end of 2025. The company employs over 30,000 staff serving millions of customers nationwide.
