AME Elite, KLK Land Launch RM1.3 Billion i-Park@Coalfields Industrial Park

AME Elite Consortium Berhad and KLK Land Sdn. Bhd. have introduced i-Park@Coalfields, a premium industrial park valued at RM1.3 billion. This 61.18-hectare development in Coalfields, Selangor, is spearheaded by Central Gateway Development Sdn. Bhd. and is expected to be completed within five years.

The park is designed to cater to sectors such as advanced manufacturing, semiconductors and electronics, automotive, medical and pharmaceuticals, technology-based sectors, and logistics. AME Elite aims to replicate its successful development model from Johor and Penang in Selangor, leveraging KLK Land's expertise in township development. This initiative signifies a commitment to creating long-term value for businesses and contributing to Selangor's economic growth.
