Amr Adib Calls for Urgent Egyptian Decision to Regulate Tree Cutting

TV host Amr Adib has called for an urgent decision to halt tree cutting in Egypt for one or two months.

Speaking on his program al-Hekaya, or The Story, on Sunday evening, Adib proposed using the pause to reorganize the process and establish clear regulations for tree removal.

He said widespread public opposition to cutting trees required a review of current practices.
