Anitta's New Tour Begins with Meditation and No Alcohol Sales

Brazilian superstar Anitta has kicked off her 'Equilibrivm Tour' in Porto Alegre with an unconventional approach, prioritizing holistic well-being over typical concert revelry. The tour's opening night featured a unique pre-show experience dubbed 'Vila Equilivrium,' designed to foster connection and calm before the main event.

From the moment the venue opened, attendees were invited to participate in a range of free activities aimed at self-care and mindfulness. These included guided meditation sessions, circular dances for group connection, sound therapy, and even tarot and astrological readings. The space was conceived by Anitta to offer a moment of deceleration and introspection for her fans.

A notable aspect of the pre-show programming was the temporary suspension of alcohol sales. While this initially caused some confusion among fans, Anitta clarified on social media that the restriction was specific to the 'Vila Equilivrium' activities. Alcohol sales resume once the holistic programming concludes and before the concert begins.

This unique concert concept is deeply intertwined with Anitta's latest musical project, 'Equilibrivm,' and its recently released second part, 'Equilibrivm II.' The albums delve into themes of spirituality, ancestry, and identity, with 'Equilibrivm II' specifically paying homage to Brazil's rich cultural tapestry through a fusion of genres like bossa nova, samba, reggae, funk, and forró. Anitta describes this project as the most personal and authentic of her career, a true reflection of her soul.
