ANTAM Distributes Rp 5.05 Trillion Dividend

State-owned mining company PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk has distributed a cash dividend totaling Rp 5.05 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. This amount marks a significant 38% increase compared to the Rp 3.65 trillion distributed in the 2024 fiscal year.

Untung Budiharto, Antam's President Director, stated that the dividend payment is designed to create long-term value for shareholders. He explained that the total dividend distributed is equivalent to 70% of the net profit attributable to the parent entity's owners. The dividend was disbursed on July 10, 2026, following the resolution at Antam's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year.

For shareholders holding Indonesian Depository Interests (CDI) on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), the dividend value is Rp 209.98 per share or Rp 1,049.94 per CDI. Antam's shares on the ASX are traded as CDIs, where one CDI is equivalent to five Series B common shares of ANTAM.

Antam maintains a consistent policy of delivering added value to shareholders through annual cash dividends. Budiharto emphasized that this dividend distribution also reflects the company's tangible contribution to national economic growth. The company's policy mandates a minimum dividend payout of 30% of net profit after tax, unless shareholders decide otherwise. Management views this policy as a demonstration of the company's commitment to providing returns while balancing financial needs and business development.
