Antam Gold Price Rises to Rp 2,770,000 per Gram

The price of gold offered by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) has seen an upward adjustment, reaching Rp 2,770,000 per gram as of Friday, June 5, 2026. This represents a Rp 11,000 increase from the previous day's trading price of Rp 2,759,000 per gram.

Alongside the rise in selling price, the buyback rate for Antam gold has also been revised upwards. Consumers looking to sell their Antam gold back to the company will now receive Rp 2,583,000 per gram, reflecting the increased market value.

Transactions involving the sale of gold are subject to tax regulations. According to Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 34/PMK.10/2017, a withholding tax on income (PPh) of 1.5 percent applies to holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for buyback transactions exceeding Rp 10 million, while non-NPWP holders face a 3 percent tax. For purchases, the PPh 22 is 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders.
