The property, previously owned by Ximena de Tezanos Pinto, gained notoriety as she displayed banners with messages critical of Kirchner's government from its balcony.

Fernández de Kirchner, who served as president and later vice president, resided in the building at Juncal and Uruguay streets. This location was also the site of a failed assassination attempt on her in September 2022. Following the incident, she relocated to a different apartment in the Constitución neighborhood.

The apartment now for sale boasts 280.57 square meters of covered space and an exclusive 120-square-meter terrace. It is listed at US$930,000, a price described as "in line with market prices" by Iuri Izrastzoff, a partner at the real estate agency handling the sale. The duplex includes four en-suite bedrooms, a master suite with a dressing room, double circulation, a kitchen with a breakfast area, and service quarters. Original parquet floors maintain the building's classic style.
