Argentina's AUH Payment Schedule for August 2026 Announced

Beneficiaries of Argentina's Universal Child Allowance (AUH) whose national identification document (DNI) ends in the number 1 are scheduled to receive their payments on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. This date is part of the payment calendar released by the National Social Security Administration (Anses) for the month of August, which outlines the distribution schedule for all social benefits managed by the agency.

Beneficiaries of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) whose DNI ends in 1 will receive their payments on Tuesday, August 11.

For August, social benefits will see a modest adjustment of 1.89%. This increase aligns with the inflation rate recorded in June, which stood at 1.9%. Anses utilizes inflation percentages with two decimal places for these monthly updates to ensure precise adjustments to benefit amounts.

The AUH payment for August has been set at $120,675.30. A portion equal to 20% of the total benefit amount is withheld. This retained amount is contingent upon the beneficiary presenting the "Libreta AUH," a document used to certify the children's school attendance and healthcare visits.

In the eighth month of the year, social benefits have an adjustment of 1.89%, in accordance with the inflation recorded in June, which was 1.9%.

The AUH is designed to support families with children under 18 years of age. It is available to mothers, fathers, or legal guardians who meet specific eligibility criteria and are raising minors. Currently, the program provides assistance to approximately 2.5 million families, benefiting around 4.3 million children across the country.
