Argentine midfielder Pablo Solari experienced a moment of unintended comedy after helping Spartak Moscow secure the Russian Cup. Following a dramatic penalty shootout victory against Krasnodar, where Solari scored his team's lone goal in regulation time, the celebration took an unexpected turn.

Despite the trophy's damage, the club affirmed their support for the player, acknowledging his crucial role in the win. Solari, who joined Spartak Moscow from River Plate in February 2025 for approximately 12 million euros, has become a key player for the Russian club. This marks his seventh career title, adding to previous successes with Colo Colo in Chile and River Plate in Argentina.
