Armed clash in Adana leaves four injured; one critical

A violent armed confrontation occurred overnight in the Şahin Özbilen neighborhood of Adana, leaving four people injured. The clash involved two groups and reportedly began with an as-yet-undetermined dispute that quickly escalated.

Eyewitness accounts and initial reports indicate that the argument rapidly devolved into a gunfight. Participants allegedly used both handguns and hunting rifles, firing at each other amidst the residential area. The intensity of the violence prompted a significant police response.

Emergency services dispatched health and police teams to the scene. While police established a wide security perimeter, medical personnel attended to the injured. Four individuals, identified as Salih Ö., İsa Ö., Hacı A., and Abdullah Ü., sustained gunshot wounds to various parts of their bodies.

Salih Ö. is reported to be in critical condition after sustaining a head wound. The injured were transported by ambulance to several hospitals in the city for treatment. Police have launched an operation to apprehend the individuals involved in the brawl and are continuing their investigation into the incident.
