At least two dead and two injured in flash flood in Spain

A flash flood and landslide in the Ponferrada municipality of Spain's Castilla y León region have claimed the lives of two women and left two minors injured. The towns of Manzanedo de Valdueza and Bouzas were directly impacted by the deluge and subsequent landslip. The floodwaters inundated a winery where six people were present, leading to the fatalities of two adult women. Two minors sustained minor injuries and are receiving medical attention. Authorities are investigating whether any individuals are still missing. The powerful flow of water also caused damage to local roads, cutting off access to the town of Peñalba de Santiago.
