Atalia Praratya's legal representatives have stated they are not yet ready to comment extensively on the custody case filed by Kamil. "We, as Atalia Praratya's legal counsel, cannot yet respond regarding the child custody determination made by Mr. Ridwan Kamil to the Bandung Religious Court," said Atalia's lawyer, Debi Agusfriansa, in a video statement. The legal team emphasized their respect for the ongoing legal proceedings.
