The mayors of Athens and Paleo Faliro have agreed on a plan to develop a plot of land belonging to the Athens Orphanage. The collaboration between the two municipalities will allow Paleo Faliro to acquire the land, located at the intersection of Esperou and Artemidos streets.

Athens Mayor Haris Doukas stated that the initiative is part of a broader plan to strengthen and upgrade the city's educational infrastructure. The revenue generated from the land sale will fund a new daycare center in Athens, addressing the increasing demand from families.
