Athens Municipal Nursery opens registration for ESPA voucher recipients

The Municipal Nursery of Athens (DBA) will open registration for its daycare centers on Wednesday, August 26th. The process is for children who qualify for ESPA vouchers, a European Social Fund program. Parents and legal guardians can sign the necessary contracts and choose a daycare center that suits their needs, contingent on available spots.

Children aged between 6 months and 2.5 years are eligible for nursery enrollment, provided they were born between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2026. Additionally, pre-school places are available for children aged 2.5 years up to the start of compulsory education, born between January 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024.

To finalize enrollment, eligible parents must visit the DBA offices located at Rodou 181, Sepolia. Access to the offices will be strictly by electronic appointment, with the booking platform expected to launch in the coming days. Only the child's legal representative, as indicated on the voucher, can sign the contract.
